Deposit, payment, supplements:
We require 50% non-refundable deposit per person to confirm your place.

Your place is held for 10 days between receipt of registration form & the deposit being received.

Full payment is required minimum 4 weeks prior to arrival.  For bookings within 4 weeks of departure, immediate payment in full is required. Payment from abroad must be made by bank transfer and in £ sterling drawn on a UK clearing bank (and not by personal cheques).  Your place is confirmed once funds have been received.

50% deposit is non-refundable. If you cancel after two weeks before departure full payment is required.  £80 admin fee is payable up to 90 days before booking, 80% refund 60 days before booking, 50% refund up to 30 days before, 20% refund up to 14 days before.

Notification of the cancellation of the holiday must be given in writing to us immediately - failure to do so may prejudice your entitlement to claim a refund. No refunds can be made once participants are in their place of destination.

Travel Insurance:
All participants must provide us with the name of their insurance company and policy number.

We believe all the information on our website is correct when we go to press. However, due to staff cancellations, weather conditions, low bookings, maintenance work, mechanical faults, or other situations outside our control, some amenities or courses described may become temporarily or permanently unavailable. We reserve the right to make changes to our programme, courses or facilitators. We are not travel agents or flight carriers and therefore do not take responsibility for flight arrangements, delays or cancellations.

We do not accept liability for any costs incurred as a result of any of the following: Cancellations, delays or changes caused by war, threat of war, closure of airports, civil strife, industrial action, natural disaster, technical problems with transport, or other events beyond our control including those mentioned in the preceding paragraph; participants' medical or psychiatric conditions which may develop during or subsequent to the holiday; loss of, or damage to, personal property of participants.

CreateEscapes does not sell flights. It merely advises customers to book through ATOL bonded companies. It does not, therefore, accept responsibility for costs incurred due to delay or cancellation of these flights, or loss of/damage to baggage, and it cannot refund fees.
